Refund policy

This Refund Policy (the "Policy") governs all purchases made at shopstaacked.com, a store operated by Ipartite LLC, d/b/a staacked ("Company," "we," "us"). We sell pre-owned and open-box sneakers, slides, apparel, and accessories, most of them one-of-a-kind items. Each listing shows photographs of the actual item offered and discloses its condition. By placing an order, you accept this Policy.
Final Sale
All sales are final. No return, exchange, or refund is available for fit, sizing, or change of mind. Each item is sold in the condition shown and described in its listing.
Not-as-Described Claims
The sole exception to the final-sale rule is an item that is materially not as described in its listing, meaning:
- we shipped the wrong item;
- the item's size differs from the size stated in the listing; or
- the item has a material condition defect that the listing did not disclose.
A condition disclosed in the listing (including wear shown in the listing photographs or a noted missing box or box lid) is not a defect and is not a basis for a claim.
You must submit a claim through our contact page or by email to airforceonebiz@gmail.com within 3 days of carrier-confirmed delivery, and you must include your order number and a description of the claimed defect or discrepancy. We may require photographs or other documentation to verify a claim. Claims not submitted within that period are waived.
The remedy for a verified claim is, at our sole discretion, a refund, a partial refund, or a return for a refund. If we elect a return, we will provide a prepaid return label, and the item must be returned in the condition in which you received it.
Transit Damage or Loss
If an item arrives damaged in transit, or the carrier confirms a shipment as lost, you must report it through our contact page within 3 days of delivery or, for a lost shipment, of the scheduled delivery date. We will pursue the corresponding claim with the carrier. Shipping terms are stated in our Shipping Policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers typically post the credit within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Order Cancellation
We may cancel any order and issue a full refund if the order reflects a pricing error, an inventory error (for example, an item sold during a live stream before the order processed), or suspected fraud.
General Provisions
Purchases made on Whatnot or TikTok Shop are governed by those platforms' policies, not by this Policy. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Nothing in this Policy limits any right you hold under applicable law that cannot be limited or waived by agreement.
