Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of all orders placed with Ipartite LLC, d/b/a staacked ("Company," "we," "us") through shopstaacked.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Rates and Coverage
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.00 per item and is calculated at checkout. We ship only to addresses within the United States.
Processing and Transit
Orders ship from Minneapolis, Minnesota within one to three (1–3) business days of purchase. Standard transit typically takes five to eight (5–8) business days after shipment; transit times are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. A tracking number is emailed to you when the shipping label is created.
Shipment Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will notify you and offer the option either to consent to the delay or to cancel the order for a prompt and full refund, consistent with the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435).
Shipping Address
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to Company as undeliverable, we will, at your option, reship it upon payment of a new shipping charge or refund the item price; original shipping charges are not refunded.
Order Limits
Checkout supports a maximum of eight (8) items per transaction. Larger purchases must be split into separate transactions or arranged through the contact page or by email to airforceonebiz@gmail.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damage occurring in transit, and loss confirmed by the carrier, must be reported to Company within three (3) days. Such claims, including Company's assistance with the related carrier claim, are governed by the Refund Policy.
